The Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association, established 47 years ago, operates as a private, nonprofit trade entity dedicated to the hospitality sector. Formed on August 28, 1972, by a group of hoteliers who filed incorporation articles with the Department of Revenue and Taxation, it was initially recognized as the Guam Hotel Association Inc.
